2016 Annual Report of the RHP Fund published

3 000 persons have accessed dignified housing conditions thanks to RHP

In 2016, the RHP delivered a record number of homes to vulnerable families. By year end, 1 000 vulnerable families, or close to 3 000 persons, in the four Partner Countries had been provided with suitable housing solutions. This represents a four-fold increase in RHP beneficiaries compared with the previous year.

Arben Ajvazi, Konik camp, Podgorica, Montenegro

Montenegro started construction of 51 additional apartments in Konik

An inauguration event took place today at the newly opened construction site in Konik, near Podgorica. The event was organised by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Montenegro to mark the beginning of construction works for 51 apartments.

Slavka and Janko Ivanišević, Knin, Croatia

Janko (68) and Slavka (65) Ivanisevic fled from Knin, Croatia, in 1995 with their two young children and came to Subotica, Serbia, where they found accommodation in a collective centre made of bungalows from the former vacation settlement near the Palic Lake.

20th RHP RCF meeting held in Sarajevo

RHP stakeholders visit beneficiaries and construction site in Zenica 

Today, the 20th RHP Regional Coordination Forum took place in Sarajevo. The meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Participants to the Forum included representatives of the four Partner Countries, Donors, CEB, UNHCR and OSCE.
